Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
FlyingDraw is a live whiteboard you use together with your AI agent. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do. In short: we collect only what's needed to sign you in and store your drawings, and we use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect
- Account information (via Google Sign-In). When you sign in with Google we receive and store your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL. We use these to identify you and show your account.
- Your content. The diagrams and boards you and your agent create are stored in our database so they persist across sessions and devices.
- Session & access tokens. A sign-in session cookie keeps you logged in. If you connect an AI tool, you can generate a scoped access token; it is tied to a single workspace, expires after 30 days of inactivity, and can be revoked at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking pixels.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not read or share your diagrams except to provide the service to you and anyone you explicitly share a workspace or board with.
Workspace privacy
Every workspace is private by default — only you (the owner) can open it. You may switch a workspace to public, which lets anyone signed in with the link view and edit it. You can also share individual boards as read-only links. You control these settings.
Third parties
We rely on Google for sign-in (Google's privacy policy applies to that step) and on our hosting and database provider to run the service. These providers process data only to operate FlyingDraw.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and content until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at the address below.
